The Celtic Tavern - December 21st 2005
1st Place Connor Pledger Conner performed an awesome set. Conner who just turned 16 has written some great original songs. Connor has been a regular supporter of Open Mic however has had some obligations that has limited his appearances. He managed a 1st place this week as the crowd was on their feet. We hope to see Connor back on a regular basis soon. 2nd Place Mike Price   Mike Price, a country music songwriter -performer always cranks up the crowd, Mike performs some great originals as well as a few popular covers. He has a very distinctive voice that fits the country genre' like a glove. Mike caught the runner up spot taking The Celtic Certificate! Mike has also performed live at The Celtic.
