WOW, is a good description of the
entertainment as Eleven Mile Music kicked off the long
awaited Olde Town Winter Shootout Open Mic Contest.
Ken Fuchs kicked off the ceremonies as the evenings
featured artist with family and friends listening on.
ALL of the artist were on the mark making the judging
as tough as it gets.
John, Cindy & Tommy (Heart
& Soul), Bob Davis, Kyle Browning, Kenyon Mills,
Ice Cream Man, Thomas Tillman, Ken Fuchs, Jim Morton,
Larry Hester and Mel & Kev all just rocked the
Celtic Tavern Pub with strong performances. When the
curtain came down only two of the artist would be
elected to move on to the December 16th Grand Finale'.
Mel & Kev with a unanimous
vote as the Grand Finalist followed
closely by runner up Kenyon Mills.
Congratulations to you all and thanks to everyone of
the artist who were on hand for the start of what
promises to be one of the biggest contest yet.
Music and Arts Centers
representatives Ron Hart and Laura Hyde were on hand
showing off the Ovation CC0057 complete with Ovation
case that they are graciously giving away as part of
their sponsorship of the Eleven Mile Music Open Mic
program. Thanks to all the folks at Music & Arts
Centers for their support of the local musicians. DON'T
